By entering, participants agree to abide by contest rules and decisions of the independent judging organization, which shall be final.

There will be only one entry per person allowed. Persons who use multiple email addresses will have all their entries disqualified. Only one entry per valid email address will be allowed.

In order to be eligible for the Grand Prize contest, you must register your contact information including a valid email address on palmettopigskin.com and use the email address you registered for every week's contest. Failure to use the same email address will result in your correct guesses not being counted in the totals.

Palmetto Pigskin, LLC and any organization associated with (directly or indirectly) Palmetto Pigskin Preview, is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, misdirected, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, or any other situation that may limit a registered player's ability to compete in Palmetto Pigskin Contest.

Weekly winners will be notified by e-mail and telephone within four days of completion of the contest. Winners must reply within 10 days to remain eligible to receive their prize. Grand Prize winners will be notified following the completion of the contest.

Winners are responsible for all federal, provincial and local taxes levied on the prizes. Winners may be required to provide a social security or tax identification number for tax purposes. Winners grant Palmetto Pigskin Preview the right to use their names in advertising and promoting the Palmetto Picks Contest without compensation. Palmetto Pigskin, LLC is responsible for notifying prize winners and prize fulfillment. Palmetto Pigskin Preview reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Palmetto Pigskin Preview reserves the right to amend or alter the rules of the Palmetto Picks Contest at any time. Moreover, Palmetto Pigskin Preview reserves the right to cancel the Palmetto Picks at any time.

By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their name, e-mail address, city of residence, video image and/or photograph in any related publicity or internet posting carried out by Palmetto Pigskin Preview and/or Palmetto Pigskin, LLC, and the sponsors of the Palmetto Picks Contest without compensation. In the event of a dispute regarding the submission of an on-line contest entry form, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder/owner of the e-mail account. Tiebreaker score must be submitted in whole numbers only, and any decimal places will be electronically rounded when the entry is submitted. In the event of a tie, the entry with closest guess to the actual total points scored in the tiebreaker game without going over will win. If there is more than one entry with the same tiebreaker, the winner will be selected by random drawing among the final entries.

By participating in the Palmetto Picks Contest, each entrant accepts these contest rules and regulations, which are subject to change without notice. Changes shall be posted only at www.palmettopigskin.com. By entering the contest, each entrant releases the sponsors and any other person or entity associated in any way with the contest, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and their respective advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability arising in connection with the contest, including, without limitation, the selection of the eligible winner and the administration of the contest.

In any dispute, Palmetto Pigskin Preview will decide the issue in a manner, which, in its sole opinion, is the fairest to all parties concerned. All decisions by Palmetto Pigskin Preview will be final and binding on all parties. By entering the contest, players agree to abide by these rules. Any violation of the rules is cause for voiding a player's entry. Contestants agree to hold Palmetto Pigskin Preview, Palmetto Pigskin, LLC and its sponsors and agents harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this game.

Odds of winning will depend upon the number of entrants, the timing of entries and the prognostication skills of the entrants. Contest is void where prohibited by law. In the event of a tie in the overall grand prize (same record), the tie-breaker score for the South Carolina/Clemson game used in the final week of the weekly contest will determine the winner of the overall contest.
